BE ZEALOUS FOR GOD

                                                       (Revelations 3:14-22)

Laodicea was the richest of all the seven cities mentioned in the book of Revelation. The church was also very wealthy. The church adapts to its surrounding society and compromises with the world. It professes Christian and yet lives in self-sufficient prosperity and worldliness. The believers there did not take their stand for God. Some believers today believe that numerous material possessions are a signs of Gods approval for one’ spirituality. True value is not in physical riches but in a right and growing relationship with Christ. Are you a lukewarm, nominal, Christian? If you feel indifferent to daily quit time, Bible study, fellowship, you have begun to shut Christ out of your life. There is a great warning against lukewarmness. Examine your life and be zealous for God. It pays to serve the Lord.

Pray that God should renew your strength and make release more grace upon your life and make you useful  in your generation.
